Six parishioners attended to discuss Eureka.
An apology had been received from Jackie West, KCC Support Officer and David Brazier KCC Councillor.
Mr Moss welcomed all present and stated that the meeting would start with planning.
Mrs Parkin as a Member of the Planning Committee at Sevenoaks District Council declared an interest in all planning matters. As stated above Mr Billings had left the meeting stating an interest in the Eureka site.
20/2012 PLANNING
Eureka Naturist Club, Manor Lane SE/12/02225/LDCEX
The plans for Eureka were displayed and the meeting opened to the public.
Various issues were brought forward. Difficulty of access, there being no public transport and the road being narrow and winding, no traffic plan was attached, noise late at night from social activities and fireworks. It was advised that the police should be informed of late night fire work displays. Green Belt and tree preservation issues were raised.
The difference between touring and static caravans was not clear on the plans and no numbers were specified for touring caravans.
Parishioners were asked for their contact details and would be kept informed.
After some discussion it was decided the best course of action would be to request a site meeting with the owners and the planners. 
ACTION -Clerk to contact Mr Robinson, Town Planner and request meeting.
3 Calais Cottages SE/12/01806 erection of single storey rear extension. The Parish Council support the application as an enhancement to the existing building stock.
The Coach House, Old Downs SE/12/02320. The proposal will enhance the appearance of the site the Parish Council therefore support the application.

8 Small Grains, Fawkham Green Road, SE/12/02363/FUL. First floor extension above existing ground floor extension. The Parish Council support the application provided it does not exceed the 50% rule. (The Parish Council had received information that the neighbours did not object to the application.)

24/2012           PLANNING continued
                        6 Fairview SE/12/01587 – conservatory – granted.
                        Court Lodge SE/12/01105 – demolition of conservatory and single storey lean to                              and construction of two storey rear extension, single storey side extension, access                       steps and wall.  – granted.
                        Mr Moss had received a letter from Mr Peter Thomas in relation to the revised                                   application for the Rising Sun public house.
                        ACTION Clerk to reply – the Parish Council had not changed its position                             regarding the application and the revisions would be considered when the new                         application was received.
